On 30 November 2016, the European Commission’s long-anticipated “Clean Energy For All Europeans” package, was released. On 1 March 2017 ClientEarth and the Regulatory Assistance Project (RAP) held a Winter Package Symposium on the key issues and challenges around these new proposals.
