ClientEarth submitted a response to the FCA's call for input in relation to the reform for public offers and admissions to trading in the UK.
Our response calls for sustainability related disclosure at the point companies apply for access to UK capital markets (in addition to those which apply after they are listed), with specific recommendations in relation to fossil fuel companies and bond listings.
